Precinct Acquires Leading Design Consultancy Ross Barr & Associates

Today Precinct, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Photon Group, within its specialised communications division, acquired corporate design consultancy Ross Barr & Associates. The acquisition joins two of Australia’s most outstanding corporate design consultancies, giving their customers an even more comprehensive and creative service.

Their vision is to build a compelling creative destination for their customers; a place where the financial services sector meets the ideas economy; where service excellence and creative thinking translate into long-lasting, valuable relationships.

Ross Barr & Associates (RBA) have been leaders in their field for over 30 years, and as one of the most experienced designers in Australia, they create value and uniqueness for their clients in corporate, investor and brand communications.

Precinct and RBA have complementary strengths in investor relations and transactional design. Both companies have built a reputation for high quality design thinking for many of Australia’s top 100 companies.
